Great job for my 15,000 mile service

My service experience today October 30th with Pete Cavaleiro was great. His concern was any issues or concerns I had regarding my vehicle. He looked for ways I could save money during this visit. I was able to save quite a few dollars after he found warranties and coupons. Throughout my time there I was constantly updated. That was a good day. Thank you, Pete!!!

I am writing to express my appreciation for the services that were rendered to me and my family over the past few months. We are a family of Toyota owners and are quite happy that we chose Toyotaland for assistance with car issues. More specifically we were assisted by David Wong, Assistant Manager who, time and time again, went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction with services rendered. He is to be commended for his excellent service.

I recently bought a new Toyota Sienna from this dealership and actually enjoyed working with my salesman, Yeazid Farraj. He was great, and it was not at all the typical unpleasant experience you get working with high-pressure car dealers. Yeazid greeted us at the door and was very patient, kind, not pushy, and most importantly--he was honest! The only bad part was when his young manager got involved and killed the sale twice. But thanks to Yeazid's persistence in dealing with his own manager, Yeazid closed the deal with us. The manager is inexperienced and should not be working in sales, interfacing with the general public. But Yeazid was great and very patient with me from start to finish. We were not allowed to buy the Sienna they had on the lot (that we had been told was still for sale), but they had one on order in the same color scheme, so we waited on that one. I highly recommend this dealership, but only work with Yeazid bc he's great and knows what he's doing, and will not lie to you. The other guy that's good is Robert Ramirez, Facilities Director. He couldn't have been nicer; was efficient & very professional with all follow-up documents etc. I will definitely buy more cars from Yeazid when we need them for our daughters!

I Went to get my Vehicle Service and was greeted with Mrs. Myrna, a beautiful soul who appointed me great service from start to finish! I had wonderful experience. She is the best!

I took my vehicle to Autoland Toyota at my service advisor was David Wong he was excellent and got the car ready when I asked. He is a true professional and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. Thank you David for your excellent service.

Highlander was taken in for a recall. The repair took less than an hour. I appreciated the customer service and information provided.

The lady who took care of me was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. She's an asset to Toyota!!!!!

He truly represents Toyota, and because of him, I’ve made Springfield my go-to for service. Recently, I had an issue with a coolant bypass valve, and I knew my car was in great hands with David.
