I honestly have a dealer like 2 minutes from my house and it wasn’t until I received a call from Myrna Moran to schedule an appointment for a recall that I decided to go to this dealership. The moment Myrna called me she impacted me by the way she handled the call. Typically I would drag myself to go further than what I need to, specifically having a dealer 2 minutes from my house, but this time I had no objection just because she was so energetic and personable. Myrna worked around my schedule to ensure my car was being serviced. The day I had to drop off my car I felt welcomed by her mainly, same goes for the day I had to pick up my car. The entire personnel was helpful and transparent with me. I am somewhat a little inpatient when it comes to wait and what not, but the whole experience I had made me feel at peace and it all started because of the initial phone call I received from Myrna, she set the tone for the entire process. No regrets of the drive, it was worthy. Thank you Myrna and team for such a great experience.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Autoland Toyota Service, and I would never recommend them to anyone. From the moment I stepped in, it felt like their sole purpose was to rip me off. One of the staff members initially quoted me $650 to replace some parts and insisted I go home since the inspection would take a while. But as soon as I got home, I received a call saying my car actually needed $1,200 worth of work. The tone was rude and pushy, and they demanded I authorize the repairs right away or come back to pay a $250 inspection fee just to take my car back. When I returned and asked to speak with the manager, I was appalled at how unprofessional and condescending he was. Instead of resolving the issue, he bluntly asked if I was going to pay or if he should involve the police. This service center is nothing but a scam operation, preying on unsuspecting customers. They use deceptive practices and high-pressure tactics to drain your wallet. Avoid them at all costs!

My Prius had a prepaid maintenance plan, and I hadn't realized that it had expired a week before I brought the car in for an oil change. David went above and beyond to see if it would be possible to honor my service plan nonetheless. He was successful, and I'm so grateful! Such a lovely person and a wonderful professional. I'll be back for sure!

My Toyota Highlander turned into a New Car by David Wong, Praise God. I bought my car almost about 3yrs now and at the time that I bought it, turning the steering makes kind of noise. I presumed that it was the way that it was supposed to function since my car was certified by Toyota. This continued until recently I came for service and David drove my car and complained about the cracking noise while turning the steering. Well and behold I turned in my car for service and was told by David that the noise was as a result of bad axle (I forgotten what name he called it). I picked my car this past Monday, driving like a new car with no noise while turning the steering. All the job was covered by warranty, thanks to Autoland Toyota. My invoices C50918 and W50918

Bought a car here it was a decent experience. I worked with Melvin he was great to work with. He helped me find a car that I loved and took his time with guiding me through the car buying process. Update i looked through some of the other reviews and i can corroborate that dealing with the finance team, the manager etc was not a pleasant experience. I pretty much came in 1000% ready to buy a car but just based on my interaction with the manager, and the finance guy once it came time to run numbers almost made me not want to go through with the purchase. Also, I was taking a while during my transaction because i had to sort out an issue with transfering my insurance before i made the purchase. I overheard the other salesmen trying to pressure Melvin into processing my payment quickly even though i wanted to wait to figure out the insurance issue first. That was off putting. Lastly the finance guy was rude and condescending and just overall pitching really terrible ideas to me. He also lied because he did not inform me that one of the documents he had me rush to sign made it legally binding for me to have to go through with the car purchase. With all the being said it seems like the experience at this dealership is really salesman dependent and thankfully I had an amazing person who still made the whole process worth it. I would say this is a dealership you go into already knowing the comparable prices for the car you want to purchase, insist on working with a specific salesman and know your credit score and financial position before going in. I would 1000% recommend Melvin specifically because he was very helpful, patient, thorough and as trustworthy a car salesman as you’re going to find.

I have a pleasure to appreciate Mr David Wong for his outstanding performance and a quick response whenever his attention needed. Not only did he gives attention but also counsel on how to maintain the car. I noticed screeching noise in my car and call his attention to it. He told me what next to do and when that couldn't resolved the issue, he ask me to bring the vehicle to the workshop. We both text drive the car and noticed the noise complaining about. Before I could close and open my eyes, the vehicle is fixed and in a perfect resolution. I won't be surprised to see MR DAVID WONG in a managerial positions one day because his loyalty, kindness, enthusiasm and respect will pave the way for him soon. I want to believe that am not the only customers studying him for his actions. I can write lots of references about this man if time permitted to do so. I am very happy with my buying experience at Autoland with Felix Almonte. The care, consideration and attentiveness that he and his supervisor provided made my car buying experience very pleasant. I would have given Autoland a 5th star if they had provided the ability to purchase food there. I started the day at 8:45 without breakfast and did not leave until 3:30 without lunch. Though Felix offered to have food delivered, which I appreciated, I would have preferred the convenience of being able to grab something healthy there at the dealership. As a previous Honda owner, I always appreciated the cafe at the Honda Dealership waiting area. I had assumed there would be the same opportunity at Autoland. But all else was really great and Felix has followed up with me to make certain all is well with my RAV4 purchase. I accidentally left my electric garage door opener in my Honda that I traded in. After reaching out to Felix about it, he made sure to find. it and has thoroughly documented that he has sent it in the mail back to me. Thanks again for taking good care of me during my buying experience.

I recently bought a new Toyota Sienna from this dealership and actually enjoyed working with my salesman, Yeazid Farraj. He was great, and it was not at all the typical unpleasant experience you get working with high-pressure car dealers. Yeazid greeted us at the door and was very patient, kind, not pushy, and most importantly--he was honest! The only bad part was when his young manager got involved and killed the sale twice. But thanks to Yeazid's persistence in dealing with his own manager, Yeazid closed the deal with us. The manager is inexperienced and should not be working in sales, interfacing with the general public. But Yeazid was great and very patient with me from start to finish. We were not allowed to buy the Sienna they had on the lot (that we had been told was still for sale), but they had one on order in the same color scheme, so we waited on that one. I highly recommend this dealership, but only work with Yeazid bc he's great and knows what he's doing, and will not lie to you. The other guy that's good is Robert Ramirez, Facilities Director. He couldn't have been nicer; was efficient & very professional with all follow-up documents etc. I will definitely buy more cars from Yeazid when we need them for our daughters!

My service experience today October 30th with Pete Cavaleiro was great. His concern was any issues or concerns I had regarding my vehicle. He looked for ways I could save money during this visit. Its crazy when you go in for a car that it 40k online and they tell its 58k out the door and then say all dealers do this. Go anywhere else this place is the biggest scam they have a 5000 dealer fee and a reconditioning on top of the dealer fee

Truly never met a dealership/service center that truly prioritizes customer service the way that they do! Angelina is an Assistant Service Manager who goes above and beyond from keeping me up to date on tire deals to assisting me via text when a light comes on. I always have confidence that she has my and my car's best interest at heart. My Grand Cherokee has never looked or ran better since bringing it here.
